Fun Garbage Can Game.
Here is a fun drill you can do using garbage cans. Kids have a blast.
Coaching Pointers:
Divide your group into pairs. One ball between two players. Players can either volley or half volley the ball into the can. Make a competition out of the drill. First team to score 5 wins etc.
Rotate players so they can challenge other team mates.
Make it a fun competition between groups.
