Len Tsantiris was the Head Coach in charge of the women's soccer program at Connecticut for over 30 years. Under his leadership, UConn advanced to 26 consecutive NCAA National Tournaments from 1982-2007, including four visits to the NCAA Championship Game in 1984, 1990, 1997 and 2003. During his tenure, Tsantiris has created a women's soccer program that has received national attention for the team's successes on and off the field.

Tsantiris has compiled an outstanding record and is only the second women's soccer coach to record over 450 wins.
